A one-of-a-kind mini dress handmade from a beautiful second-hand cross-stitch tablecloth, giving an existing textile a completely new life.
The original floral embroidery becomes part of the design, with colorful roses, small floral motifs and delicate blue embroidery placed naturally across the bodice and skirt. Because the original textile determines where each motif falls, the dress has a character that could not be recreated exactly.
Designed with a square neckline, wide shoulder straps and a fitted upper bodice with lining. The waist opens into a softly gathered skirt for an easy, feminine shape. A back zipper provides a clean fit, while practical pockets and a waist strap complete the dress.
