All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
2. One-of-a-Kind and Handmade Items
Many ISMyTYPE pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Small variations in fabric placement, pattern, stitching, or finishing may occur and are part of the handmade nature of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
3. Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom, personalised, altered, or specially requested items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
4. Please Check Before Purchasing
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information carefully before placing an order, including measurements, sizing, colour, fabric, photographs, and product details.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
6. Colour and Screen Differences
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor colour differences are not considered defects.
